MAPKitchen is a commercial shared baking kitchen with a Type 2 hood suitable for non-grease laden vapors. MAPKitchen attempts to limit usage to two clients scheduled in the same hour although exceptions may occur. Initial minimum rental period is 3-months with month-to-month option after. Outside client equipment and utensils are allowed upon approval by MAPKitchen.
