In 2021, Marianne & Andy founded FigBrew - a healthy coffee alternative made from figs. They quickly realized that Huntsville is a great place to start a technology company but it does not have a heritage of food and beverage manufacturering. After making the mistakes common to founding a consumer packaged goods company, they found themselves offering advice to other CPG founders and realized the opportunity to foster innovation in this space. MAPKitchen is a result of their experiences and their desire to contribute to the local community.
